Now all you just want to get it started in your business but haven't got a clue on where to start?  We have got your back.  This short course is designed to kick start business owners and leaders into a successful Lean implementation without the ongoing costs of consultants.

This is a pre-set programme of workshops that take you through the basics of Lean Thinking. The programme covers:

Pre-start: Lean / Lean Business Assessment

    Session 1: Introduction to Lean Thinking via Lean Simulation Workshop (or equivalent)

    Session 2: End to end Value stream review of the business

    Session 3: Implementation of Continuous Improvement process

    Session 4: How to implement 5S and Visual workplace

    Session 5: Performance Metrics and Operational Excellence

    Session 6: Reflect, review and refocus on program goals and next steps

(some of these sessions may be combined depending)

Price: $3,250 + GST

Includes: Face to face workshops

Access to New Zealand Lean Academy for two months

Excludes: Travel costs beyond the Waikato region

Because it is run over a short period of time, it allows you to experiment and try out a few of the ideas from the sessions, then use the workshops to debrief, learn and improve.  You may even need to odd zoom or phone call to help out in between - that is OK too.
