Lean Kick Starter Programme
At Plexus Consulting, we understand that a business sometimes need just a quick boost to start (or reset) their own Lean Thinking journey. In a lot of situations, business owners don’t know what they don’t know, that is really ok.
This is why we have put together a short, six session based Lean Thinking Kick Starter programme. It is for small and medium sized businesses that are keen to get something going, but don’t have the budget or time for a long-term commitment.
This programme has been designed to introduce key elements of a successful Lean journey based on our years of experience. This is focused around developing leadership skills, creating a framework to support the on-going success of your Lean journey and provide support to build that momentum. It combines on-site and remote support from both Kate & Rob while you get a boost in your continuous improvement journey.
The programme covers:
Pre-start: Lean / Operational Excellence Assessment
Session 1: Introduction to Lean Thinking via Lean Simulation Workshop (or equivalent)
Session 2: End to end Value stream review of the business
Session 3: Implementation of Continuous Improvement process
Session 4: How to implement 5S and Visual workplace
Session 5: Performance Metrics and Operational Excellence
Session 6: Reflect, review and refocus on program goals and next steps
(some of these sessions may be combined depending on business location)
Price: $2,750 + GST
Includes: Face to face workshops
Access to New Zealand Lean Academy for two months
Excludes: Potential travel costs beyond Hamilton
